The questions renters ask first
Is the furniture really included in the rent?
Yes. The full INTRO furniture package comes standard in every home at no separate furniture charge. There is no add-on fee and no optional upgrade to unlock it. When you sign, the furnished home is what you get.
Exactly what comes in each apartment?
In the bedroom: a Full XL bed frame and mattress, two 2-drawer dresser chests, and a desk with a rolling chair. In the common area: a sofa, an accent chair, a coffee table, an end table, and counter stools. Select units also include a loveseat. Selection and placement may vary by floor plan.
Can I bring my own furniture too?
The package is designed to make the home fully livable on day one, so you do not need to bring anything. If you want to add personal touches like bedding, a rug, or your own desk lamp, you are welcome to make the space your own.
Does every unit come with a loveseat?
The loveseat is included in select units rather than every floor plan. The sofa, accent chair, coffee table, end table, and counter stools come standard across the common areas. Ask the leasing team which layouts include the loveseat when you tour.
What happens to the furniture when my lease ends?
It stays. You move out with the things you brought and nothing else. There is no resale, no storage, and no hauling furniture down the stairs on your last day.
How close is INTRO to The Ohio State University?
INTRO sits at 1497 N High St in the High Street corridor, within walking distance of Ohio State and connected to campus by foot, bike, and COTA transit. The location keeps you close to class and to the Short North without needing a car for the daily commute.
